Carruthers Cottages is the 2019 GOHBA award winner for exterior details. This development in the heart of Hintonburg is an example of the 'Missing Middle' and gentle density infill in a maturing urban neighbourhood.

 

It consists of 8 high quality new homes in two traditional looking 2 storey buildings.
